Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. This role involves engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with efficiency.

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with customers.

Communication & Support:

- Provide accurate information about products and services.

- Effectively communicate resolutions to customer concerns.

- Follow-up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction.

Data Entry & Documentation:

- Log and update customer details in the system.

- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and resolutions.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures for documentation.

Performance & Quality:

- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and customer engagement.

- Ensure quality and professionalism in every interaction.

- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM usage preferred).

- Good listening and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior call center/customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
