Job Description:
- Responsible to ensure the claim is registered and processed for Uber parteners.
- Initiating claim process of Uber partners and Forwarding it to the respective Department.
- Communicating with clients regarding claim intimation through emails on behalf of uber.
- Continuous follow ups for claims status with various departments.
- Ensuring timely processing of registered claims within TAT.
- Coordinating with uber partners through emails and chat regarding their claim and documents.
- Preparing and maintaining report of client's documentation and claim status.
Key skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Hands on experience in MS-Office applications like Word, Excel, PPT etc.
