Executive - Customer Service - BPO (1-7 yrs)
We are urgently hiring for E-commerce process ( Voice and Chat ) for PAN India locations.

Profile : Customer Service Executive
Industry : BPO ( E-Commerce )
Qualification : Only Graduate / Post Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 1 year of experience in any call center/BPO/Customer Service
- Should have laptop/desktop with i3 processor and above, Windows 10 and above, 4 GB RAM and above, Minimum 7 MBPS internet speed.
Job Profile:
- Handling customer queries on calls, Chat, E-mails and Social Media
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information-
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
- Actively participate in team meetings
Shift Time: 8 AM - 9 PM ( Any 9 hours shift )
Week Off: Any 2 Days Off
