Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via phone, chat, email etc.
- Performing call backs as required to solve issues raised by customer.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues.
- Come up with new trends in customer behaviour and constantly improve processes.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Should have patience to handle customers and resolve customer's issue.
- Well versed with the MS Office and type speed of 30-40 wpm.
- Sales Background would be an added advantage.
