Executive - Customer Service - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibility Area :
- Responding to customer queries via call, chat, and Email.
- Ensuring all agent KPI (Key performance indicators) are met, not limited to, AHT, NPS, Time on System, Quality scores.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Fluent speaking and writing ability in English.
- Graduate.
- At least 6 months of experience in the US international process is a must.
- The age limit is not more than 35 years.
- Comfortable with rotational night shifts is a must.
- Basic knowledge of using computers.
