Executive - Customer Service - BPO (0-6 yrs)
Position - Customer Service Executive
Shift Timings - 10.30 Am - 1.30 AM IST (any 9 hours login) (UK shift)
Shift type - Flexible - 6 days working (either Saturday or Sunday)
Salary - Dependent upon experience, up to 3.5 LPA

- Ability to identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers
- Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
- Auditing the calls.
- Handling customers in UK
- Preventing charge backs and refunds.
- Must have 3 Months of experience in BPO industry.
- Must be comfortable with night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salary - Hike on current salary.
- 6 days working + No cabs
