Executive - Customer Service - BPO (0-4 yrs)
We are hiring for CSE profile.
Below are details for the following position.
- We are looking for (65) people who can take inbound calls and book a food catering request/order.
- Shift timings are going to be 9 hours with 45 minutes of break time. We will typically cover all US time zones from morning 8 till evening 10.
- We will arrange for accommodations of candidates with 4 meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner) with balanced macros.
- We will also arrange their transport or reimburse the cost.
- A weekly off (rotational, as our operation requires to operate with 30-40 % strength during weekends.) and 2 weeks paid leave. (I've to discuss the round trip perk with my team)
- Salary range 17k - 22k for Ahmedabad candidates and 17k for outstation candidates
- Rules and policies are well documented and we would like to have an NDA signed.
- NDA would not restrict them to work with competitors but they have to protect the information of our clients and their customers.
- We want candidates who can stay with us for a long time, that's how we grow.
