Opening for Customer Service Executive for MNC.
Location : Andheri, Sakinaka, Mumbai.
Qualification : Any Graduate (Mandatory).
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years in Voice.
30 % Voice (Blended Process).
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and provide customer service (Queries and Request response) via phones and e-mails (coordination with the internal team), both inbound (calls from customers) and outbound (to internal team)
- Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
- Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs and holds interruptions
- Effectively deal with irate callers, and upset customers
- Meet commitments to customers and other duties as assigned
- Display time flexibility towards shifts as per work floor requirements
- Display sensitivity to healthcare business work environment
