We are looking for a dedicated Service Executive to join our Automobile team in Andhra Pradesh or Manesar, Haryana. As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and managing service operations effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall service experience.

Responsibilities :

- Provide prompt and efficient service to customers visiting the service center.

- Coordinate service activities such as vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups related to service issues.

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to resolve complex service issues.

- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

- Conduct service reviews and feedback sessions with customers to enhance service quality.

Requirements :

- Proven experience of 2+ years in a service executive or similar role in the Automobile industry.

- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of automobile service operations and technical understanding.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience in handling CRM software or service management systems is a plus.

- Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
