Position Summary :

As a Customer Care Executive at A3 Techno Solutions, you will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automobile industry, and the ability to work efficiently during the night shift. Freshers with a passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a focus on achieving high satisfaction levels.

- Aid with product information, order tracking, warranty inquiries, and technical support.

- Accurately document and update customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as needed.

- Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to offer well-rounded support.

- Maintain professionalism and always adhere to company standards and protocols.

Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.

- Ability to work effectively during night shifts.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus but not required.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

- Freshers with a keen interest in customer service are welcome to apply.

- Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for freshers.
