Executive - Customer Service (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for candidates having excellent communication skill, who shall be responsible for hard core sale of our services like.. company incorporation, Trade mark, IPR, accounting & taxation,corporate annual compliance, litigation, FDI investment etc, to attend business all incoming calls, chat requests, and inquiry emails from various marketing channels. The profile also include calling back to the existing customers in coordination with sales team to provide updates on the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. To interact with leads via channels - Live Chat, Email, Inbound IVR calls
2. Converting potentials into business
3. Schieving business target
4. Managing relationship and repo with client
5. Updating the client data in CRM system
6. To make outbound calls to update the client about the service delivery
7. To raise concerns which client may be facing at delivery level.
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Minimum qualification: B.com Graduate
2. Experience in similar position -2 Years as Customer Support Executive
3. Excellent soft skills, customer interaction.
4. Target Driven & Hungry for Success.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult situations.
6. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.
7. Communication: Excellent English Speaking and Writing
8. Candidates speaking other regional languages like Punjabi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, and Bengali will be preferred
9. Age: 26 to 35
