Executive - Customer Service (2-4 yrs)
Role : Customer Relations
Experience : 4+yrs
Role and Responsibilities :
- Experience in handing inbound and outbound call process.
- Resolving customer queries to their satisfaction via email, chat and over the phone.
- Handling supervisory calls
- Coordination with different support functions.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts including Saturdays
- Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers
Job specification :
- Candidate has to be graduate.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices
