Executive - Customer Service (1-5 yrs)
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Build rapport with customers and effectively address their queries, concerns, or requests.
- Provide excellent customer service while meeting defined performance metrics.
- Utilize strong convincing skills to resolve customer issues or drive outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Experience: 0-1 in voice-based roles (customer service, telecalling, or similar).
Languages: Kannada. Additional fluency in Hindi or English is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM tools.
