Executive - Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
Job Title : Customer Service
Experience : 0-3 years
Job Location : Pune (On-site) Viman Nagar Road.
Core Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels like Calls , Email or Chat.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Preference & Experience :
- Experience in Customer Service & specifically calling exp is a must & should have good MS office expertise
- 1-3 years of Voice & Non-Voice experience in any industry, Preferred Startup/BPO/ NBFC/ Banks
- Excellent Customer Service & People Attitude
- Good Communications skills, Fluent English is Mandate, Regional language would be an advantage
Academic Qualifications :
- Preferred Graduates, Experienced candidates pursuing graduation will be considered
