Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
Customer Support : Responding to email tickets, live chat, Whatsapp and calls. These include basic product and website related queries, order updates, requests for cancellations or returns and collaborations.
Backend : Processing cancellations, return requests and refunds
Courier tracking and follow ups : Coordinating with our point of contact at our courier partners to ensure timely delivery of orders or pick up of returns to meet customer commitments.
Social Media : Responding to direct messages, comments and posts. These too are related to basic product and website related queries, order updates, requests for cancellations or returns and collaborations.
