Executive - Customer Service (1-2 yrs)
Tahiliya is on the lookout for adding motivated people to the Customer Experience Team who can help us enhance the consumer experience for the brand.
The KEY RESPONSIBILITIES of the role are :
1. Providing help and assistance to customers through products and services offered by Tahiliya.com
2. Communicating with the customers through Telephone, Email & Social Media channels and closing customer tickets.
3. Answer incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
4. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
5. Facilitating refunds and exchanges.
6. Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
