Executive - Customer Service (0-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
- Identify the need of consumers, resolve issues and provide solution.
- Maintain good customer relation.
- Maintain records and details of the customer.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking, Time management
- Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Experience: Fresher (0 to 7 years)
- Rotational shift
- No Night Shift
- One Day Rotational off in a week
- No Sales / No Targets
- Domestic BPO and Inbound process
- 10 days training and certification
- 1 year contract (Not a bond)
Notice period: Immediate to 15 days notice period
Qualification: Undergraduate & Graduate
