Executive - Customer Service (0-5 yrs)
Location : Bangalore, India
Experience Required : 6 months in international process
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive with experience in handling international customer service processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from international customers.
- Issue Resolution : Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools to resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Process Adherence : Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.
- Data Management : Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Feedback and Improvement : Take the extra mile to engage customers and gather feedback to improve the service process.
- Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 6 months of experience in an international customer service process.
- Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Problem-solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Adaptability : Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Orientation : Strong customer service orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Availability : Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Additional Languages : Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Technical Support : Experience in technical support or IT-related customer service.
- Certification : Certification in customer service management or related field.
