Executive - Customer Service (0-2 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our International Voice Process team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- No Targets, Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and complaints.
- Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Requirements :
Education: Minimum High School / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-3 years in an international voice process (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
