Responsibilities :
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls:
- Answer incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues.
Customer Service :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately.
Problem Resolution :
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Adherence to Procedures :
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Communication Skills :
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Time Management :
- Efficiently manage time to handle a high volume of calls and meet performance targets.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Quality Assurance :
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in interactions with customers.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
