Our client is hiring for Customer Service Executive
The Job
Responsibilities :
- Updating the Member database on a daily basis through Phone / Email or website of the member organizations.
- Maintaining accurate records in the Member Database
- Membership Follow up with past members.
- Follow up ( Payment / Registration )
- Increasing member data. thru renewed membership
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success or Inside Sales role, ideally within the the Not for profit Sector or BPO / KPO
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) is strong plus.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in English Language
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
