Executive - Customer Service (0-10 yrs)
Position : Customer Service Executive
Location : Nagpur
Criteria : Minimum HSC, graduation or Post Graduation in any stream.
- Good English speaking skills and basic computer knowledge.
Salary : 12K to 15K
- Rotational shifts/Fixed Night shifts
Work Week : Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off.
Job Description :
- To provide client support and issue resolution via Phone, Chat/ E-Mail and other electronic media.
- Maintaining and analyzing database
- To write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Interpret data from various formats.
- Ability to calculate and use the data for further procedures
- Maintaining database in an organized manner
- Working with and in the team.
Desired Profile :
- Candidate should possess good communication skills
- All UG/Grad/ PG, Fresher or experienced are eligible
- BE/ B Tech candidates are also being hired
- Candidates should possess fair knowledge of the internet, Operating Systems, etc.
- Quick learning ability and implementation skills
- Confident enough to interact & deal with the clients
- Should be able to work & excel in a dynamic and changing work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be an excellent team player.
