Roles and Responsibilities for the CRM
- To be responsible for customer queries, feedback and complaints across various channel including phone calls, emails, websites, etc.,
- To make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide support.
- To provide prompt, efficient and satisfactory responses to customer enquiries.
- To establish and maintain positive customer relationship.
- To assist in resolving product or service-related concerns and escalations.
- To engage proactively with new customers, providing clear explanations of services and products to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- To maintain the precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
Job Requirements :
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in multitasking and problem solving.
- Proactive in approaching the new customers.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
