Executive - Customer Relationship - School Management Software (0-2 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Handle all incoming calls from customers
- Give quality information. Explain products, services, pricing and answer queries and objections from customers.
- Overall responsibility of post sales activities and back-end operations.
- Answer sales calls and handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. Collection of customer dues.
- Daily MIS and database maintenance. Initiate and develop CRM system.
