Executive - Customer Relationship & Sales - Healthcare (2-3 yrs)

Front end position to handle appointments, convince and interact with patients to convert them to take services, handle daily accounts and monitor center maintenance
- Explain to patients the importance of the prescribed treatments(will be oriented)
- Talk to them and make patients consider taking the service
- Upsell and cross-sell to patients
- Monitor daily schedules of Therapists and treatment rooms.
- Handle Phone Calls both inbound and outbound to schedule appointments.
- Day to day account settlement
