Executive - Customer relationship management (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to join our team in Udhana, Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management and be passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage customer queries and provide prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and enhance their experience with the brand.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and interaction history.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and retention metrics to inform management decisions.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
