Executive - Customer Relationship - Insurance (0-1 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Female Candidates
- Efficiency and accuracy in understanding and proposing the right products & solutions
- Logical and intelligent with super excellent communication skills
- Simple understanding and usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and software-based data entry operations
- Adaptability and accountability
- Basic understanding /experience of insurance (Health /Life ) desirable.
- Communication in Hindi / English must with regional / mother tongue.
- Marathi would be desirable
Qualification : High School / Diploma / Equivalent or more
Work Timing : 6 days a week: 10 am to 7 pm
Salary : 2-2.4 LPA (Incentives would be based on performance)
Location : Baner, Pune
Responsibilities :
- Marketing calls to prospective clients for selling products/policies pertaining to insurance
- Ability to guide customers in making the right choice
- Handle inbound calls and queries whenever required
- Build long term relationship with the customer
- Efficiency and accuracy in understanding and proposing the right products & solutions
- Suggest alternate solutions and products where required
- Balance customer communication between Hindi and English
- Simple understanding and usage of Microsoft Word, Excel, and software-based data entry operations
- Enthusiasm and hunger to exceed targets in converting prospects into clients
- Diligent and willing to self-learn and through training that would be conducted
