Designation : Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Location: Thaltej

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1+ years

Language : English and Hindi

Shift: 10 to 7 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Main objectives of the role

- To establish and maintain dealership customer relationship management activities to ensure increased existing customer loyalty and attract conquest customers

- Tasks and activities of the role

- Delivery coordination till the time deliver coordinator come on board

- White Card, Test drive form, Test drive feedback form, Test drive check-list forms to audit on daily basis and tracking the same in the CRM portal

- Data Quality tracking Sales Consultant wise & updating on real time in CRM portal for existing customer & for contacts or enquiries

- Backend support and guidance to the sales team for any query related to sales follow-ups in CRM portal

- 2nd delivery process along with BMW genius & after sales team for appointment booking & visit - With backend support of CRM

- Checking the customer docket from booking to delivery process & scanning for the future ready reference along with CRM

- Customer retention activity - calling and generating leads

- Mapping due date & over Due date follow-up with Test drive ration with sales consultant wise & follow-ups

- Web leads allocations with support of CSE team as per turn wise & follow-ups & tracking the enquiries with the scheduled activities

- 3rd Day PSF follow-us and tracking the satisfaction & dissatisfaction of the customer and highlighting to ACRM (Assistant Customer Relationship Manager) & CRM ( Customer Relationship Manager) on daily basis - Educating the customer for service & warranty package to generate leads

- 3oth day follow-us and tracking the satisfaction & dissatisfaction for document and first service queries of the customer and highlighting to ACRM (Assistant Customer Relationship Manager) & CRM ( Customer Relationship Manager) on daily basis

- Mapping due date & over Due date follow-up with Test drive ration with sales consultant wise & follow-ups

- Data Quality tracking Sales Consultant wise & updating on real time in CRM portal for existing customer & for contacts or enquiries

- Backend support and guidance to the sales team for any query related to sales follow-ups in CRM portal

- Checking the customer docket from booking to delivery process & scanning for the future ready reference along with ACRM - Assistant Customer Relationship Manager

- Floor management for cleaning, display cleaning, reliving receptionist
