Executive - Customer Relationship (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers with regards to overall account management.
- Provide guidance and advice to customers, specifically geared toward the use of integrated solutions supported under the Healthcare and Solutions that the Company offers.
- Investigate and solve customer problems and handle any and all customer complaints.
