Job Responsibilities :
- Generation of Leads and qualifying the leads.
- Addition of new customer's / product information into the CRM system, if data isn- t available.
- Call existing customers and distributors and close the issues, if any in- coordination with sales team.
- Escalate any complaints.
- Any other task assigned by the Reporting Manager
- Expertise in CRM principles and practical sales and marketing application in a B2B environment.
- Extensive knowledge of acquisition and retention marketing techniques both online and offline.
- Experienced in working with and analyzing large datasets, with the ability to deep dive and derive actionable insights both at the strategic and tactical level.
- Technical knowledge of CRM systems.
- Only for Female candidates can apply
- Excellent communication in verbal and written are mandatory
- SAP or ERP knowledge is mandatory
- South Indian candidates are most preferable for client communication
