Executive - Customer Relations - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
We have opening for Customer Relations Executive (Female Candidates Only)with our leading client.
Exp:- 0-2 Years
Location:- Bangalore (RMV 2nd Stage, Dollars Colony,Hebbal)
Notice Period:- Immediate - 10 Days
Working Days:- Mon-Fri
Work Timing: 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
Description:-
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Have face to face meetings with customer
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Preferred Experience in Educational Sales and Software sales.
- Expierence of at least one year

- Should be a passionate, have a positive attitude and being proactive is must
- Excellent in oral communication skills English, Kannada and Hindi
- Should be a target oriented
- Good in analytical and logical ability
- Should be a team player
