Executive - Customer Relations - BPO (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should be extremely fluent in English as 80% work would be attending calls and responding to chat queries.
- Good amount of experience in making sales through calls.
- Not the typical call center executives with a monotonous tone.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Decent knowledge of processes in eCommerce companies and some knowledge in Agriculture/Gardening would be a plus.
- Can be a fresher but, at least, one year of experience is preferred.
- Very well versed in English and Hindi, written and spoken both.
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization.
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization.
