- Good communication skill.

- Outbound calling.

- Generating leads.

- Convincing clients.

- Must have 1-2 years of experience.

Job responsibility:

- Handle inbound and maximum outbound calls. Calling clients and fixing the site visit.

- Answering phones and calling to clients explaining the projects which we are working on and services offered by the company. Contacting existing customers as well as for daily follow ups.

- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Convince/encourage clients for site visit.

- Manage End to End Sales & Marketing for Residential, Commercial projects.

- Lead Generation & Sales Conversion.

- Follow-ups with the prospective clients

- Effective utilization of resource and optimization of Back End Resource of Lead Generation towards closures.

- Meeting Clients, Briefing them on Project Details, Price, Site Visits and reviews.

- Collecting market information about competitors and latest happenings.

- High Energy, go getter and a proactive personality.

- Excellent skills for Channel Sales and Channel Development.

- Shall possess Excellent Communication Skill in Hindi and English and Good presentation skills.

- To monitor sales team performance on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.

- Must have Gurgaon all locations knowledge.
