Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated CLM & Growth Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer lifecycle management and growth strategies, with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.

- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to create targeted campaigns that drive engagement.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and retention.
