Executive - Customer Experience - eCommerce (1-2 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive shopping experience within the e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and account management.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing customer insights and trends.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or customer experience roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
