Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, striving to meet or exceed established targets.

Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Training and Development : Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in customer service techniques and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
