Role Description :
- As a Customer Engagement Executive, your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers visiting the store. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience by :
- Warmly welcoming all customers upon their arrival at the store.
- Greeting customers and efficiently registering their details in the iPad QMS (Queue Management System) app.
- Effectively directing customers to the nearest Sales Associate or Optometrist as per their requirements.
- Addressing basic customer inquiries and providing information about the store's services and offerings.
- Please note that this role does not involve direct sales; your primary focus is on customer service and assistance.
