Job Title : Customer Development Executive (CDE)/Customer Development Officer (CDO)
Location : Mumbai, India
Experience Required :
- Fresh Graduates with a Tech degree
- Experienced professionals with 6 months to 4 years in a similar role
Compensation : 4 LPA - 6.25 LPA + Incentives
- Average hike of 10-30% on current/previous fixed salary
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) daily using the leads/database on LeadSquared CRM.
- Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the student's area of interest.
- Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling and create a strong pipeline.
- Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrolment targets.
Skills and Knowledge Required :
- Must be a graduate with sales experience (excluding retail sales or presales).
- Freshers with a Tech degree such as BSc IT, BCA, B Tech, or BE (excluding Civil Engineering).
- Experienced candidates should have any degree but must have experience in selling tech courses.
- Experience in EdTech (excluding field sales).
