Executive - Customer Delight (0-3 yrs)
About the role
The Customer Delight Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing support for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide support for our products
- Work with other members of the team to ensure that customer needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on product changes
- Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of customer service interactions
- Provide feedback to team members
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Hindi
