Executive - Customer Care - Wellness/Fitness (0-3 yrs)
A professional approach in Customer calls and provide information about services, taking input of booking and their redressal thereof.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Fixing Appointments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English & Tamil.
- Create an incoming call database and make regular Client followups.
- Listen to customer's requirements attentively and guide them explicit information on the available collection.
Co-ordination skills.
Qualifications and Skills :
Any Degree
Fluent in English & Tamil Preferred
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: - 13,000.00 to - 18,000.00 /month
Experience:
Work: 0-3 years (Preferred)
Customer Service: 3-12 months (Required)
Timings:
ONE Week off per Week
Shift 1- 9.30am - 6.00pm
Shift 2- 12.30pm - 9.00pm
