Executive - Customer Care - Travel (0-3 yrs)
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Salary: - 15.5K in-hand (Fixed)
Up to - 20K in-hand for experience
Job Type: Full-Time
6 Days Working
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and holiday packages.
- Provide resolutions for complaints via voice support.
- Assist in making or modifying travel reservations as required.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by following up on unresolved issues.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during all interactions.

- Shift Timings:
- Women: Day shifts only for safety.
- Others: Rotational shifts.
- Travel Process Expertise: Prior experience in a similar domain will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Prior experience in customer service (preferably in travel processes) is an advantage.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with rotational shifts.
