Our client is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join the team :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing inbound & outbound voice processes and customer service inquiries.
- Need to support new customer registrations
- Managing customer queries and feedback via email or phone.
- Managing leads/customers via click to call & references.
- Converting the leads into customers.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Telesales role.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
