We Need Customer Care Executive For Domestic or International Inbound calling.

Experience : Fresher can also apply / Minimum 6 months experience.
Shift : Day and Night shift (one side cab will provide )
Shift hours : 9 hours.
The candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi /English.
2. Responsibilities and Duties
- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Building up a Good Image and Rapport
- Effective and Timely Communication
- Handle Different Customers
- Make calls and follow up
- Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquette
