The Job :
Your responsibility will include :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer query quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Consulting, Ecommerce / Marketplaces and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
