Executive - Customer Care - Retail Desk (1-4 yrs)
This role is part of the Sales & Marketing business unit.
- As a CE executive in the retail desk team, you will manage queries and complaints of SME and Retail client over calls and emails.
You will also manage internal escalations to provide end to end resolution by coordinating with clients.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, robust approach to resolve client issues on priority, focus on first call resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
What will you do?
- Handling customer enquiries over call and email
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up to resolve customer concerns wherever necessary
- Documentation of call information according to standard operating procedures
- Handle internal escalations by co-ordinating with customers
Skills :
Professional Attributes :
- Strong Microsoft excel knowledge
- Active approach in taking ownership for resolving escalations
- Leadership skills to manage stakeholders internally and in client team
