Executive - Customer Care - Retail (1-3 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Answer incoming calls professionally, provide correct information about products and services, take orders and register customer complaints.
2. To call prospective customers for fixing appointments and transaction-related matters.
3. Maintain database of call records, customer interactions, inquiries, leads, complaints, comments and follow up on the action taken.
4. Send product quotes to customers in coordination with the sales team.
5. Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and payment collections.
6. Follow up with the service team for timely resolution of customer complaints.
7. Escalate unresolved customer complaints and other issues to the higher ups.
8. Build good relationships and trust with customers through polite, open and transparent communication.
9. Follow the set protocols, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
10. Submit periodical MIS with details that would help improve the customer experience.
Desired Profile :
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer-oriented attitude and the ability to respond and handle tough customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Hardworking, efficient and a collaborative team player.
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
- Dynamic personality and a solid team player.
- High level of personal integrity and ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil. Knowing Hindi is an added advantage.
