Executive - Customer Care - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- We are looking for the person who will be responsible for solving and handling customer support issues via emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
- The candidate will act as a basic point of contact for customer complaints, queries, request, feedback etc.
Primary Skills :
- Escalate all critical customer issues to appropriate management levels.
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues.
- Aim to resolve as many issues as possible in first time customer interaction.
- Identify potential clients and forward them to respective department.
Soft Skills :
- Soft spoken, work oriented, punctual and hard working
- Ability to learn, methodical, resourceful and has professional attitude
- Friendly, reliable, positive and acts proactively
- Ability to anticipate customers needs, show concerns and a good listener
- Ensure 100% logging of all customer queries and complaints
- Constantly strive to improve speed of answer and call logging for better efficiency
- Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed.
- Possess good communication and writing skills.
