The key requirements / parameters are:
1. Very good English spoken skills.
2. Prior experience of at-least 3 to 5 years having customer interaction via cell phone / VOIP / landline.
3. Customer interaction via email will be required on secondary basis and will be an added advantage.
4. Female candidate.
5. Flexible to learn + understand + willing to take up additional tasks.
6. Working hours will be 10 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
