Job Description :
We are looking for a talented and competitive Female Sales executive that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in the field. You must be comfortable making and attending several calls per day, handling customer care emails and grievances and occasionally visiting sites to make presentations
Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls regarding queries on the services offered, handling and resolving customer grievances
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience attending dozens of calls per day
- Well versed with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
