- Attend all inbound calls to the Customer Care Number
- Interacting with clients & provide information about Loan Product / Services.
- Update details on the calls/leads in CRM System
- Ticket Customer Queries/Complaints and forward to relevant authority
- Able to generate leads from Open Market & through different channels.
- Day Shift only. Five Day Week. No Targets. Key Skills:
- Open to Female candidates only
- Good communication skills
- Quick Learner
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada
- Basic Comptuer Knowledge
- Exp in Banks / DSA / BPO will be an added advantage
- Women willing to restart their career can also apply. -
Must have :
- Fluency in English, Fluency in Hindi, Fluency in Telugu, Basic Computer knowledge
- Optional
- Fluency in Kannada
- 5 Days a week (9:30 AM to 6:30 AM) Full Time
